When called not only store manager Nick but also Corp and the general manager just tell me that it wasnt their fault! No one but Valvoline has touch the fluid. To be stranded on the side of the freeway. No gears in the transmission. So $65 oil change and fluid check turned into a $1500 transmission change. But it isnt their fault?!?!?!
