BRIDES BEWARE!! The Canal Winchester Location cancelled my bridal hair and makeup (scheduled 2 months prior), 10 days before my wedding. I only found out when I called to confirm the appointment. The staff was unprofessional. They stated that they did not take down my phone number when I first called so they could not call me back. They also blamed me for not calling back sooner. If I would not have called, I would have shown up with my family on my wedding day. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

everyone is really nice, helpful, and educated. the spa is clean and they serve free drinks. they also have aveda products which is awesome. only place that is full service in the area... much needed... sooo happy!!
