I had a great experience both with service and there products! I would definitely recommend....

Disgusting. We bought a cockatiel here many years ago and the store has gone downhill. We went in yesterday to see what was new and what kind of birds they had and.. wow. It's dirty, the product is all old and dusty, the store is hot and smelly. The animals look sick, the fish tank are layered with algae. The aquarium systems are so bogged with algae and crud from not being cleaned that it wheezed and whistled and barely ran while we were looking. The kiss of death for me was when we looked on the floor and beside a bird cage and there were PILES of dead cockroaches. Done. Never going back to this dump.

This store is one of the best. All their pets are well priced and they won't sell you a pet you cant care for. . They are absouloulty in it for the love of pets.

I bought feeders for my frogs. (i.e. guppies) I bought 4 dozen but got charged for 6 dozen. 6 of them were dead, like dead awhile - the other guppies were EATING the dead ones...as if they'd never been fed before. I have NEVER had this occur in a bag, tank or any other pet store. The smell was awful upon opening the bag. I "fished" out the dead ones and put the rest in my tank. My frogs would NOT eat them!! Within 24 hrs of being in a clean, well kept tank all the guppies were dead!! My tank was DISGUSTING!! It smelled HORRIFIC!! I had to scrub the tank, clean the filtration system, replace the filter...clean the rocks, plants in hot water.



I called the store. The man was rude. Basically told me I was lying. He said that happens with all feeders, from any pet store. This time of year (Sept) the feeders are weak. They lose money on them and don't even make 1 cent selling them. He said they buy 500 a week about 300 of them die. He wouldn't refund my money, nor give me back the money he over charged me. He said if I came in he'd give me a dozen free feeders....Seriously?! Like I want your nasty diseased feeders in my tank again...my frogs WON'T eat them anyway. AWFUL service, AWFUL fish, DIRTY store, SMELLS AWFUL there...DO NOT buy ANYTHING there...unless you're wanting to flush money down the toilet!!!

I bought a toy and my bird hated it. I asked for a refund and I got told " I can't do that. You wouldn't want your bird to play with a toy that another bird used."



No dummy, I thought you could get a refund from the company like all the other pet stores do. but, whatever.



I bought some bird bread. It was so old and expired!! You can't exchange bird toys, but you can sell bad food!! The shelves had so much dust on them it was terrible.



Think twice before going to this place. Rip Off city...

We purchased a baby parrot from this store 3 years ago. We continue to purchase our pet food and treats from Morrison Pets, in addition to taking Cherrio (or bird) there for wing and nail clipping every other month. The store owners are wonderful people- and they are experts when it comes to the care of your pets. You can find all sorts of pets there: fish, reptiles, guinea pigs, etc- but my favorite are the many hand fed baby birds. I strongly suggest that every pet lover stops by this shop- you will have a great time!!! And if you are looking for a bird- then look no further- you will get a WONDERFUL, socialized, special friend from this pet shop.
