MTD’S rents out office/retail space! We currently have office space rented to ,Red Leaf Reki, Your Beautiful Hair & Nails, Hair Salon Of Canaan, Mechanical Solutions, and Indian River Nursery School. *Community MTD's plays a very big roll in the Mascoma community, volunteering to take care of the grounds at the Old North Church and cleaning the 1993-94 Mural at the Mascoma high school before renovation spring 2016. Mathew Dow is on the board of the Friends of Mascoma Foundation, has donated a space for The Friends Feeding Friends Food Pantry ; Sponsored by The Friends Of Mascoma Foundation. MTD's has donated to The Canaan Police Benevolent Association, the Canaan Library, EVA - Enfield Village Association and FOCV- Friends Of Canaan Village. MTD’S has been voted the top rated property maintenance company in Canaan. We are members of the NFIB and BBB. We also support local businesses.
