Wonderful store, clean, well organized and with very competitive prices. We worked with Roy on a purchase of a Flexsteel sectional sofa, ottoman and an entertainment center. He was willing to match a competitors price, was very helpful and knowledgeable and was completely low pressure as we worked our way through this significant purchase. The furniture was delivered on time and in perfect condition - we were very happy with them start to finish and would definitely buy from them again!

Great store! My husband and myself have been looking for a new sectional for over a year. When we decided to have a graduation party for my son, we finally had to scramble to find a sectional fast. Our friend recommended to try Town Square Furniture. They had a great selection and we found a sectional we liked, but it was in the wrong fabric and had to be special ordered which would be about 6-8 weeks. We needed it in 4 weeks. We told them about our situation about the party and they said they would try to rush the order. Our sales person Vince even offered to even loan us the floor sample if our they couldn't get our sectional to us in time for the party. Vince kept us updated on the status of the sectional and it was delivered two days before my son's graduation. The delivery people were neat, clean, and even showed up a few minutes early. We can't be more satisfied with our sectional and the service we recieved from Town Square Furniture.

The company has extremely poor service and will mislead customers into buying products without supporting cancellations.

I ordered a couch, the leather was the worst quality that one could get (they forgot to mention that) It actually looks and feels like pleather, which it may be. The salesman told me I would receive it in 4 weeks, which turned into 2 months. The cushions I ordered were supposed to be black, I received some kind of 70's pimp leopard skin, which I returned and they never replaced.
