I just love it when they are so good at what they do. They are so good that it seem like there was nothing wrong with my car in the first place. They do it fast without any after shocks to deal with. They are a place to go to if you need the best of the best.

Every problem that I had had with my car Campbell Ford fixed it without any trouble. There was one time where I didn't have much money and decided to fix the car on my own watching a youtube tutorial and I messed up so bad. Then I brought it to Campbell Ford, they fixed it and gave me a discount because I bought the part and I just basically paid for really cheap labor.

I must say that with all the run around dealing with other auto shops, Finding Campbell Ford all my problem went away. I am not much of a mechanic, so I do not know how much my review of an auto repair place is worth. But I like these guys. I have been here twice for small things, this last time for my brakes. They open early, so you can take and drop off your car.

Love to have a company so close that is a specialist in Ford cars that way I don't have to get frustrated with the dealerships. They take care of my brakes and tune ups and just about any repair that I have needed work done on.

Took my Ford Escape here for maintenance instead of another place because they told me I needed new front brake rotors and pads. They were going to charge me ~$600 for parts and labor. Told them no thanks! Looked around and made an appointment at Campbell Ford Performance. They did the job in 2 hours and resurfaced the rotors instead of replacing them. Cost me $200 instead. These guys are fast, courteous, honest, and reliable!

My air conditioner was not pumping out cold air so I brought my vehicle into there facility, they fixed the problem in a good amount of time, they also explained in detail what they worked on and fixed. Thanks Campbell Ford.

I bring my Expedition here, and these guys have won my trust. I had a small leak in my power steering, and after discussion, decided not to fix that. They've done all my other small repairs to complete satisfaction. I like it that they check all my car's fluids and tire pressures when i get the oil changed. Reasonable prices, too.

Took the Focus here about a year ago (I've since moved) as there was some trouble with the clutch. First of all their shop and appearance are crystal clean - with a few HOT project cars sitting in some of the bays - including some classic mustangs (which tells me they are true blood ford mechanics).The clutch just needed a slight adjustment. Under $50 and great communication - they called 2x during the day to keep us up to date with the progress.I'd recommend this place over Frontier any day.

I will never take my car to another auto shop. I've been here with my Civic for large and small repairs, and they always do me (and Big Red) right. Always explain what's going on in words I understand, never do a dollar's more work than they deem necessary, and call with any updates.

They have cheaper better quality service than the dealership! I will never go anywhere again for my Ford!

I've been a customer of Campbell Ford ever since Swanson Ford in Los Gatos closed. Every service has been done on time without ANY surprises. I've always been impressed with the quality of their work, and the friendly atmosphere. I have a vehicle that other repair shops shuddered when I asked about my wife's 1988 Lincoln Mk7 LSC. Yes, in it's day it was the "State of the Art" car. Ford pioneered American anti lock brakes as well as other features that are now considered standard equipment on most cars.

Because of the technology at the time (remedial on board computer systems) their ABS system was complicated but extremely effective. The Campbell Ford Performance knew what the problem was and fixed it with minimal charge! That rates 5 stars in my book.

These guys stay in business only because they specialise in old Fords; the classics, and there are only so many places in town where you can expect a mechanic to be famalier with older model cars. I highly recommend you take my bad experience as a word or warning and take your baby to someone else. These guys charged me for a road test to diagnose a stutter in the engine. They never took the car out of the parking lot because they felt the gas tank was too low, and the registration was just expired. Fine, I can understand that, but they seemed to have no problem billing me $98 bucks, and never did any work. They also refused to do the work at a later date when I brought the car back.
