​ Body Evolutions Fitness is a boutique fitness studio, in Campbell, Ca., featuring PILATES and the GYROTONIC® Method. We offer private training, duet and reformer classes by appointment. Body Evolutions Fitness is for working professionals who want to use their time efficiently to reduce stress and keep fit. We work with men and women that have specific training goals, athletes training for events, persons working with physical limitations, injuries or health issues, and older adults who want a safe way to keep their bodies strong and flexible
