I have been taking my 3 children here for 5+ years. We have seen all of the doctors, except Dr Lee who just started there recently. We have been very happy and have had little issues. The doctors are wonderful and the nursing staff is kind.

We've been going to Dr.Garcia for several years now and love him! He's wonderful and my son likes going to see him. The staff however is horribly rude and have been since day one. They act like they dont want to bothered. A few months ago I had to my son in for an eye injury. We scheduled with Dr. Garcia, however, what we got was his daughter who must have recently joined the practice. She didnt have the slightest clue as to what was going on or what was wrong with my sons eye. She also didnt have patients with him. She litterally said "can you tell I have no idea what Im talking about?" The answer---YES

Awful practice. We have 3 children, all have been consistently misdiagnosed. One child was attributed incorrectly with asthma when all he had was a head cold. Fitted with a 'rescue inhaler' that he didn't need. They give parents blank notes to fill out as doctors' excuses for school. Front desk staff have horrible attitudes. Do not provide good care at all. Stay away.

I think the Doctors in the practice are very nice, especially Dr. Tan. But the nurses are awful. They are rude, and act like they don't have time for you. All they are doing is sitting behind a desk and chatting. I am actually on here right now looking for a good practice to call for my 6 year old and our baby on the way.

After using 3 different doctors in the practice, we found one we liked. The staff up front is absolutely awful. They are rude, uninterested, unsympathetic, and unaccomodating. Our son woke up sick, we called, and they said they couldn't fit him in! It's almost as if the staff is TRYING to be mean... It's really unbelieveable.

Tan and Garcia are a bunch of idiots. They misdiagnosed my daughter 4 times. 4 TIMES! They are always in a rush to get you out of the office, and the staff could be a bit friendlier as well. They do always have appointments available last minute- but its probably because they don't have any patients due to their lack of knowledge!
