Very pleasant experience for a paramedical exam. Everyone was professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

I was there on wednesday the 22nd 2021 to have a blood test and the girl rudely said i can't do it because you have a balance due of $230.60 and I said what is that for I only been here once in my life and she said call billing which i did and they said we don't see anything that you owe us anything and he said call her back and tell her to call us.I have not been able to get her.I forgot her name.

Amanda, the receptionist presented as rigid and uncaring. My son was told by employer that his permit was acceptable identification for the required drug test. She insisted on a photo identification even though I presented an insurance card with his name. We had to leave to get his student ID. She did not ask if we wanted to make an appointment and she clearly did not care about our time. We went straight home, picked it up, and returned. We then had to wait for several other people. My son really had to use the bathroom since he was prepared for the urine test the first time. We waited an additional 30 minutes and he was clearly uncomfortable. I approached Amanda and asked about how long it would be and explained his need to use the restroom. She abruptly told me that she was at lunch. She then looked at the sign in and said the woman who came in 10 minutes after us would go first because she had an appointment. She did not offer to be flexible enough to get him the cup. Rude!
