In 1998, Prelude Services was created in partnership with Presbyterian Homes Inc. (PHI) and Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries (Diakon) to provide information technology services to both the companies. The company offers a full range of services that include outsourcing, hosting, software development, help desk, training and telecommunications. Prelude Services supports more than 150 senior and community service locations in 12 states across the United States. Presbyterian Homes Inc. (PHI) and Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries (Diakon) provide health care and senior living services in the mid-Atlantic area of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Ohio.
