Terrible service- I had to wait a month both times I met with them to get my contract and then make them update and send it to me. They did my flowers wrong- wrong color and didn't look at all like the pictures i gave them. When I emailed them (so nice that my proof reader said it sounded like I was apologizing for complaining) to let them know their mistakes after my wedding- they sent me a very rude email back. I wish I had never worked with them. Every other vendor I used was so great and Blooms was so terrible. its really disgusting how they treated me.

They were very accommodating for our last minute arrangement for my grandmother's burial. And flexible with our request of the arrangement. The floral spray turned out beautiful.

First off, I would like to say the owner is wonderful and does try. I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral and found their website which allowed me to order to be delivered on May 30, a holiday. Spoke with owner (I believe). He was very helpful and although I was going to cancel and order closer to the church, I stuck with him because of his great customer service. At the funeral when the flowers weren't there. I called to get a female staff person who was rude and matter-of-fact, said they called me when they found the flowers couldn't be delivered. I was using the same phone number that was given to them and they said maybe it was a typo. I have copied the confirmation onto my desktop when ordered and my number PLUS my e-mail address was on there correctly. There was no correspondence. Owner, great. Rude and callous staff person. I will never trust this company to care enough about their customers. If they would've called I could've delivered my own flowers to my uncle's funeral.

A great place to shop with a wide variety of items. I especially like going there to shop for Christmas items!

I would recommend them to anyone! They really worked with me to design what I really wanted. Everything went smoothly and looked amazing.
