Conflict Resolution & Legal Services began in 1995 inspired by the need for practical and cost effective approaches to resolving problems. Too often conflict results in costly legal solutions that do not address the underlying source of the conflict or the needs of parties. CRLS applies principles from the law, business, psychology, and communication to help parties resolve conflict.
