Hanging up on a potential customer just because she asked to preview a contract is NEVER ok. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and shady are what characterize this business. Literally, I just asked to see a copy of a contract for what was going to be over $10K in tree work and was told to just accept the estimate as demonstration of entering a contractual agreement. It was insulting to be told I was being “snooty” and then have the business owner hang up on me.
