Was referred by a family friend who said this was the best place in town, and now I agree. Bought glasses somewhere esle that would not repair them when broken. Took them here and they fixed them(without charging me)! THe staff was extremely friendly!! Will definitely have my business from now on.

I hate that people only leave negative reviews, I've gone to this location for years and have never had nothing but the best service and been treated kindly. They have gone out of their way to repair glasses that were past warranty, and they always act like my family is their family.

These reviews are true. Unprofessional staff & unable to support any problems with glasses. I had to go elsewhere to have my glasses fitted & then to have a scratched "scratch-proof" coating removed so that I could use my $500. glasses. Rude staff. They just want you to buy & leave.

My family and I have been using Folline in Camden for years. I just found out this year just how unprofessional this location is. As I was browsing, the staff were engaged in conversation about one of their customers. It was a very negative degrading conversation. Very unprofessional. I cannot believe Folline would employ people of this character. I do like Folline and will continue to use Folline for my vision needs. I will NEVER go to this location again and I will advise my family and friends to use other locations.

i.eCustomer service is not a strong suit! Pre-paid for prescription glasses. Told would be in within 7 - 10 business days. Called after 10th business day for status and was simply told the glasses weren't in. When pressed for an ETA or for a tracking mechanism, was told had to call back to speak with manager. No offer of further assistance at all. Don't think we'll be using their services again in the future.., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
