I remember years ago this was a well respected company ,with very skillful technicians . Unfortunately that's not the case now , unprofessional and very inexperience technicians. Sorry to say ,either do things right or give it up . I'm speaking on my personal experience recently with this company, hope this company perform background checks on there employees , for some reason I don't think so ' good luck

These are facts , they do not do criminal background checks on their employees. They hire convicted felons. They probably is a good company but that's not safe at all having those type of guys in customer houses . Safety comes first.

I HAD 2 OTHER SERVICE COMPANIES COME OUT, INCLUDING PSEG, WHO I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM, I THEN CONTACTED JAMES B. RYAN, THE SERVICE TECH WAS KIND AND PROFESSIONAL AND FIXED ALL PROBLEMS, EXPLAINING AND SHOWING ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND QUOTING A PRICE BEFORE COMPLETING THE WORK. I WILLCERTAINLY CONTINUE TO DO SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY.

I had a major problem with my heater, i called pse&e frist they came out and said i needed a new heater,i called james b ryan to get another opinion. I young sevice tech by the name of johnny p came and withen 10 min he told me what was wrong with the heater,,445$ was the fix,,,that was way better than 4800$ for a new heater,,,,thanks james b ryan,,and keep up the good work johhny,,

The receptionist is so rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If this is how they treat customers, stay away.
