I purchased 18 doors from Wyoming Milwork in Milton, DE. I paid for the order with my debit card. Weeks later I received the 18 doors I had ordered and two extra doors which were also charged to my debit card. I returned the UNMARKED, clean and dry doors for credit. I was told, "A factory rep. had to inspect the doors and would decide if the doors were acceptable."

Three weeks later I called to find out about the refund and was told the doors were rejected by the factory rep. When I picked up the rejected doors, each door had a 1/4" deep cut into each door. I feel like a sucker for dealing with these criminals.

Never utilize this company. The sales staff, especially John Baker, at the Milton location is horrible. Tried to con me in to purchasing a different size wafer board because it cost more than the size I requested. Talked to me like I was stupid. Trying to raise his commision. Held up our job wich raised my labor cost. Should not be in business with their business model. Take advantage of everybody.
