I had a package come to the UPS center in Camden AR for delivery and a representative at the location did an unauthorized address change and sent my package to another state. The package was delivered to another address and was not returned. I am now out $40 and no merchandise. This would not be as bad if my home address was not in Camden Arkansas where the hub is located. The address was correct from the shipper. Someone took it upon themselves to do a name search and send it to a completely different state. No one from this location will return my call.
