My grand daughters and I were in the Spa on 2-13-09. These are the most hateful women I have ever dealt with. They are rude. I average dropping $75.00 per month. Not any more I will take my business to Salina's Day Spa. I went home and called trying to talk to one of the ladies about the screaming at my grand daughter and she hung up on me. Mind you my grand daughter was going to get her nails done also, but I guess because she is only 11 she's good enough. So scream at her like she is dirt. My grand daughter was looking for polish and dropped one that did not break, then the lady when nuts on her. Then calling back the other lady would not let me talk to the owner. She said the other lady was having a bad day and did not mean to scream at my grand daughter. What a way to treat customers. After she yells at me, I told her to shut up and stop yelling at me. I then hang up on her they are not worth my energy to even discuss this with them. BAD SERVICE.
