Do not schedule a ride with these people, they're horrible. I scheduled a ride with them this morning and when I went out to them, on time, they parked in my driveway, they saw me, and started driving away so I chased them for a few blocks, even though I know the driver saw me. Then I got a call that they cancelled my ride home for that day too? Do not use this transportation service. You can be on time, a good paying customer, and you can chase them, and the driver still won't stop for you.
