I love this place. I happened to walk in one day when I was desperate for a wax, and I was very pleasantly surprised. This place is very low key, not at all pretencious, yet you get really good anf affordable service - European style. The women who work there are just wonderful and great professionals (they get things done well and quickly). I can highly recommend their service, especially since it's so conveniently located at Harvard Square.
