- Medical Weight LossWith this background in community health and primary care psychology, Dr. O'Donnell takes a strong mind-body approach. Physical health and psychological health are interwoven and both must be nurtured to thrive. As a clinician who incorporates positive psychology techniques to assist in building resilience, Dr. O'Donnell encourages discussion about strengths from wherever they reside (e.g. family, community, ethnicity, faith, etc.). She practices collaborative care and treatment planning that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Her areas of clinical specialty or extensive experience include: perinatal emotional complications, brief treatment for infant and toddler sleep challenges, tantrums, parenting stress, ADHD, trauma, health stress, weight management for kids and adolescents, higher functioning autism spectrum disorders, depression, and anxiety. Dr. O'Donnell is a welcoming clinician with a history of supporting LGBTQ adolescents to be their most resilient, authentic selves.

- Emergency CareOf course we are also here for you for sick and urgent visits. We want to help you avoid the emergency room and urgent care facilities. Therefore, a provider from our office is available 24/7 in case of emergencies and we can schedule urgent visits on the weekends and holidays. You can also reach your physician every weekday using their call in hours.
- ImmunizationsAs part of a scheduled immunization visit: You can request to schedule an immunization visit through a MyChart message or call the office to schedule. Please remember these are intended to be quick visits and are usually not with a clinician. If you have needle phobia or have further questions for a clinician, please ask the front staff to schedule a full clinic visit.
- Labor and DeliveryBarbara has been a member of our front desk team since 2007. Prior to joining WCP she worked in labor and delivery at the Beverly Hospital.
- AutismMollie Sherry has been a behavioral health clinician, researcher, program director, and instructor for over 30 years. She has worked with children of all ages, families, and adults. Her specialties include parent guidance, early childhood, children with sensory and executive functioning challenges, and those on the autism spectrum. Much of her work has been with diverse, underserved, and vulnerable populations.
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)Her academic and clinical interests have focused on urban pediatric and adolescent primary health care including: adolescent mothers and their children; access to care for homeless children living in motels; medical student and resident education. Recently, through the Pediatric Physicians’ Organization at Children’s (PPOC), Dr. Ballenger has worked on quality improvement measures in pediatric primary care, especially in the area of evidence based diagnosis, treatment and management of ADHD in primary care settings. She is the physician supervisor for the Practice’s Medical Home Initiative.

- PsychiatryWhile in Worcester, Dan directed the Growth and Nutrition Clinic at UMass Medical Center. In 1984, he came to Children's Hospital as a fellow in the Psychiatry Department, eventually joining the Department of General Pediatrics where, in addition to teaching, he saw patients in the Primary Care Center and the Children's Hospital Growth and Nutrition Clinic.
