Founded in 1950, Skurka Aerospace provides design, development and manufacturing of customized electro-magnetic equipment that includes specialized A.C. and D.C. electric motors, fans, blowers, speed transducers and tachometers. Its equipment is used for military vehicles, commercial aircraft, antenna drive systems, naval ships systems and space systems. The Skurka team serves its customers and industry through continuous improvement in both engineering and manufacturing with compliance to ISO-9001. The company also provides lightweight, high-performance motors with custom-designed gearboxes as well as brakes and tachometer generators for aircraft and aerospace industries. Skurka Aerospace is located in Camarillo, Calif., 60 miles northwest of Los Angeles.
