Don't bother, this is a chicken place that never has chicken. Too busy texting? Must be, this KFC never had chicken when I have been there the last 3 times. 20 min wait

Unprofessional manager. I ordered the 10 piece meal special and asked if I can add corn to the order and the manager answered "NO". He started pressing stuff ??? to the register but it seemed like he did not know what he was doing, then he left us and asked one of the store employees something. When he came back, he proceeded with closing the transaction. He did not ask us if we wanted something else, etc... This manager did not have any customer service training -- I just think Kentucky should train their employees well specially the managers. With our economic situation, job is really scarce -- we have to love our job and do our best to perform our duties. This manager should be re-trained.
