More than once now they have shown up at my home and done the agreed upon work (after discussing pricing) then later charged me nearly double. No warning, no discussion, just demanded above his quote. I assume he knows his job enough to price it properly, he just seems to enjoy racketeering. That or has no respect for his customer. Either way, DO NOT USE FOR LAWN CARE OR SNOW REMOVAL.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Able Property Services. I first contacted them when I was getting my house ready to sell. I had gotten a new job in a different state so I had to pack up, get the house ready to sell, and move out within about a month's time frame. I relied on Craig and his crew for everything from small fix-its around the house and landscaping to make the outside look its best, to a thorough deep clean once I had moved out to make the inside shine. I continued to use their services after I had left to keep the roof and entryway clear of snow until the house sold. I would recommend them enthusiastically.
