Worst furniture place ever! These people are so rude and rip offs. They say 7-14 "business days" don't believe that it will b over 30 damn days! These place needs to shut down because never in my life have had such awful experience trying to purchase a damn bed. Deeana and Rosa are so rude and liars!

I'm so sorry that Furniture Bargain in Cal City have such terrible reviews. I've bought a number of things there and I always work with Deena Robinson. I've truly appreciated the excellent customer service, the quality of the furniture, and the excellent prices. I have to believe there are extenuating circumstances leading to the dissatisfied customers because I've never had a negative experience. I shop there specifically because Deena is such an excellent person to work with and I've grown to truly appreciate her opinion and her help.

never spend a dime in there, extra Ghetto, they don't want to give you your money back when you change your mind, 16- 18 business days for something I changed my mind about the same day, Customer service is bad horrible even, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

You are absolutely correct about the bad customer service. I experienced it first hand and will never go back or refer anyone to them. I waited almost 2 months for the furniture I purchased, and to receive used furniture was very bad business. I tried to contact corporate office or the owners to report a complaint. Cant seem to find it, so I thought to report this review for consumers. Very Bad Business!

Do not shop here. The customer service is absolutely arrogant and their prices are only $10 cheaper or so than any of the other furniture stores in the area, with no furniture care warranty. It's not worth it.
