Aaaahhhh... just returned from another wonderful day-long getaway at Indian Springs, my favorite place to be laid back and to get pampered. It's not a super-plush red-carpet type place, (not my style!) but oh-so-comfortable. With a treatment, you get to use the olympic-sized heated mineral water swimming pool, so I like to come when they open at 10, and hang out poolside reading. I always get a mud bath (most people strongly love it or hate it, it's my favorite spa treatment there,) including a bath, steam room, and flannel wrap. I now love cucumbers after the refreshing cucumber-lemon water they serve during your treatments. The massages are consistently wonderful, and they added a serene "buddha pond" out back to enjoy before or after your treatments. We've stayed in one of the bungalows too, again it's not the Ritz, but very comfortable and laid-back. I highly recommend Indian Springs.
