I made a first time appointment with Dr. Christie’s office early in the morning however the night before I became very sick and was up until 4:30 in the morning when I finally fell asleep. I woke up still feeling sick at 11:30 and called Dr. Christies office to apologize and told them what happened and how I could not have made it in the chair. When I was done the young lady on the phone said Ok and was ready to end the conversation I asked to re-schedule and in a very arrogant manor she said they will not see patients who miss their first appointments and reminded her of the situation and she said she would call back but never did. To me a dentist shouldn't want someone in their office in the condition I was in. This is a very odd stance for them to take and very arrogant, I guess he doesn't need clients. As all my friends on Face book and Twitter pointed out this was probably a blessing in disguise I don't want to do business with a Dentist this arrogant!
