Everytime I've walked in I've been ignored, but when the lady did my hair she was really nice. I told them I was getting married and asked for some quotes for the wedding party. They seemed really excited and told me they would get back with me soon. That was October. I called them in January asking how things were going and that I really need to book someone soon... they said the manager was looing into my information. All I asked for was a price. When I emailed them about how upset I was that I've just been brushed aside they never responded. Even just an apology would have been nice. If you can't do my wedding, just say it. I don't have to give you my money. This is Lexington Park, not New York - you aren't better than all of us. Get over yourselves.
