Took my son’s 05 F-250 6.0 power stroke in for a recall. Explained to them the truck had modifications on it prior to our purchasing it and didn’t know exactly what they were. I said multiple times that I did not want the recall done if it interfered with any modification. Was assured they would not do the work if it did. Picked the truck up after recall repair was done and they erased (stole) all the programs previously installed and reset the truck back to factory settings. The truck lost all its performance power and sound. They blamed us for not being more clear when describing modifications. They refused to make this right for my son who had just turned 16 and was so proud of his first truck. Eric Prater and Charles Prater are as dishonest as they come!
