      At Hillside Holistic Health, we believe in using every reasonable avenue possible to help achieve good health. This often includes complementary and alternative medicine (CAM)--practices such as Reiki, Meditation, EFT, and others. Presently, I offer Reiki and EFT (tapping) sessions, which are both forms of Energy Healing, as well as meditation instruction.
