      THIS SITE IS WORTHLESS!!!I need to contact the post office in Caldwell, ID by phone or e-mail chatting or any other means of communication other than an automated system. The number given for this post office and every other post office in the U.S. is the same - 1 800 ASK-USPS. This is an automated line that DOES NOT give you the option of talking to a person or contacting someone by e-mail chatting.Where is the "Customer Service" and the "Contact Us"????I'm frustrated and angry - I've wasted 40 minutes trying to find a way to contactthis post office!! JG
