Symms Fruit Ranch, located in Caldwell, Idaho, is a family-owned grower and distributor of produce and fruit. The company s products include asparagus, cherries, raspberries, apricots, peaches, nectarines, prunes, plums and apples. Former United States Senator, Steven D. Symms, once worked on the ranch, which is owned and operated by his family. The company also owns the Ste. Chapelle Winery in Caldwell. The winery was established in 1978 and produces 130,000 cases of wine annually, which is distributed throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Taiwan. The winery offers monthly wine education classes and is open for complimentary tours seven days a week.
