      Pathetic

      I am disgusted,I called to make an appointment and needed a loaner vehicle,so the service tech. dropped the ball and forgot to call me and let me know they didn't have one and the wait time would be more than 2 hours which was not going to work because I have a 2 year old and an 11 month old with me.So here I am,stuck with no options but to go home and wait for him to call me.It was a total hastle to get there for my appointment time with my kids just to be told I wasted my time and gas.
