What a rip off this place is!



I had checked the cost to send my packages online for both UPS Ground and Fedex Home and it estimated about $60 for each. I had to get my packages off that day (to get them to their destination on time) so I took it to 4th street shipping company and they charged me a little over $20 more than that per package!



Then when I questioned it they told me that the fedex/UPS online calculators were wrong and you can't get that price anywhere except at the main ups/fedex facility.



Today I had to send another package and I was in Searcy so I went to the UPS store, imagine my surprise when they quoted the exact price as the online calculator for my packages.



I understand that they might need to charge a surcharge a little over the shipping cost but 30%???? All I did was drop off a package and purchase the postage. It isn't like they had to pack it or seal it or anything! They weighed and measured it and put a printed label on it...all for $40 more ($20 per package)!



They are a rip off so if you can, go elsewhere!
