I have to agree, their service is not even worth one star. They have the worst customer service of any mower place I have ever come across. The were suppose to service my riding mower but, after I got it back and tried to use it only once it broke down and now they say it will cost $1,300 to fix it. I found another place that will fix it for $100.
Provides the sincere, personalized customer service of a by-gone era. This shop is a great place to buy grounds maintenance equipment or have it repaired.

your site had nothing of use to a person looking for a quality piece of lawn equipment, although you are showing up as a search result for used riding mowers. Thanks.

As in the previous review, cabot outdoors are not very good with customer service. The are more worried about selling and getting the product out the door. My mower was supposed to take 3 days to get the blades sharpened? When I got it back, the blades were dull. No one explains anything to you. Hey service manager, start focusing on customer service!!!!
Cabot Outdoors is NOT somewhere I will shop or have service done to any of my equipment in the future. I bought a $300+ backpack blower from them and the only thing I got was a receipt. No explanation of the equipment purchased was offered. Not only that, they have had my weedeater for over three weeks and still can not give me a good date as to its return. At first they just wanted to throw parts at it without trouble shooting it. After conversation with the service personnel, and telling him that the parts they threw at it last year didn't fix the problem, I had to encourage him to actually "trouble shoot" it. They found the problem and are blaming the manufacturer for the parts not being there. I wonder if they were even ordered yet. It will not let me submit without clicking at least one star, their performance isn't even worth one star!
