I had a this company install a pump and clean all drain lines at my home. At a later date, I had them back out because the line past the pump was clogged. A different plumber came to the callback than performed the original installation. The present plumber explained that if the pump was doing it's job that there should never be a clog in this drain line, therefore. this proved that the previous plumber did not clean the line he was paid to clean. This fact was verified by a phone call to the previous plumber by the present plumber at the time of the call. Present plumber dug up and cleaned the line. Fast forward....the company mails me a past due bill for their admitted mess up. Upon contact with the office staff about said bill, I was met with rude accusatory behavior from Emiley, even after I personally contacted the owner and he agreed the bill was sent in error. This company is lacking a key component to a successful business: customer service. I cannot and will not ever recommend this company to anyone.
