Preventive services for patients who are healthy and want to stay that way as well as for patients looking to prevent, delay or mitigate the effects of their chronic diseases. Services include, but are not limited to, comprehensive nutritional evaluations, weight management, stress management, exercise programs, supplement and complementary modality evaluations, environmental toxin evaluations.
