I called Pro-Tech for an HVAC issue. It was an emergency to me, because my heater was not working, in the middle of January! I called several places but no one could schedule an appt for over a week. I called Pro-Tech, and they sent someone out the same day. He was Excellent and very professional. Work was completed in about an hour. He explained what the problem was, and even took pictures of the problem, because he had to crawl up into the attic. He was very honest and forthcoming about possible future issues. The cost was reasonable beyond compare. I will definitely call them again if I have problems.
Stay away from Pro Tech. They "forgot" to insulate the new pipes in my attic. The leak under my bathroom sink is not fixed. The new outdoor faucet has come loose from the mortar surrounding it because the "mortar" has shrunk. Pro Tech workers are either unqualified or dishonest or both.

Really appreciate the professional and pleasant way the staff treated our broken water heater with a sense of urgency and in taking the time to really look into the plumbing issues connected. We will not hesitate to call them again when any plumbing issue arises!
