This repair service was authorized and set up by Whirpool warranty. Serviceman arrived open the bottom freezer drawer and told us the unit need an expensive compressor. I could not contact company for two days. Finally had Whirpool send different company. Only needed a sensor and fan. Not a trustworthy company.
