I ordered a part. I let the owner (who is a really nice guy) know that it was important that I have my part in 3 weeks. He promised me that he'd have the part in 6 days and he would call. I called after 10 days and he seemed to have forgotten. He promised that he would call me right back. Now it's been 3 weeks. I went to another place and bought my part as I have still not gotten a response. I like to support small businesses but if it's important, go elsewhere.

They are always friendly and are very knowledgable about small engines.

Do not go here for big parts, it took 20 days to get a part for our rider mower right when the grass was growing a lot. Our yard looked terrible, and never once did they apologize for forgetting to order it in the first place.
