The staff is short handed you can hardly get your parent seen about bacause they are short of workers they work. I think they could do better if they"re getting paid by the state

I would not carry my DOG to this place. My uncle was there for 3-4 weeks. Staff was unfriendly and did not know what they were doing. Therapy "what Therapy". Place was not cleaned. Staff ,nurses,etc... did not know what was going on. Needs to be shut down.

The staff was unfriendly and unapproachable. The purpose was is therapy. Therapy was done once a day for maybe 30 minutes. The halls spelled like feces and urine. Small items...such as caramex and writing pens were taken without my knowledge. It is an extremely unpleasant stay. Can't wait to get home. Varanaka was wonderful. My daily nurse is nice but forgets to do what she said she will do.
