I have a series of concerns with your store located at 5892 Terry Road, Byram, MS. As a business owner myself, I know that the devil is in the details. I am a LONG TIME customer of this location, as you can see, based on my loyalty point total. This location is my GO-TO for gasoline, and creature comforts as I leave the Byram area daily. However, I have seen it becoming more and more neglected. Small things such as receipt paper not being in the pumps, so none being available; the drink machine not working for over a week; the restrooms not being as clean as they should be when accepting customers; and the customer service becoming more and more subpar. There is one guy there, however, that stands out. Didn't get his name, but he's dark skinned with a gold patch in his hair. He's great with customer service and strives to make the customers feel welcome. I would definitely hire him for my business. Other than that, the glows for this location are very limited. I have to say, it is becoming more and more unacceptable by the day, and I will begin taking my business to another location if it continues.
