Big Waste of Time!!

They won't discuss pricing or anything pertaining to getting the advance over the phone but they want you to come in and waste 30mins of your time that they can't help you. Heck if they had explained themselves better over the phone you wouldn't have come in the first place. Filling out that application giving all of your business away and for what?
