good food and most of the time great service

Had a Reuben sandwich that was terrible. The bread was soggy, very little meat with coleslaw instead of sauerkraut and it was hard to find the cheese. My husband had a burger that was supposed to have mushrooms on it but couldn't find them!! The waitress couldn't have cared less. Never said sorry about the food or anything. When she saw I didn't eat the bread I told her it was terrible and all she said "was the bread soggy"? They must of had complaints before for her to say that. Over all it was a very bad experience and we would never go back. Service wasn't good at all. Too bad because Butler is hurting for good places to eat. Count this one out!! SORRY

I have gone to this place for the last 25 years and always had excellent service, great food and a nice atmosphere. Yes accidents can happen as stated in the above review but it doesn't take away from the years of good quality this restaurant has served. Give then a break and try it again. You won't be dissappointed!

large party on a sat. night .. we order.. husband orders chicken parm... he starts eating it , notices some plastic... starts to pull on the plastic and a HUGE plastic sheet comes out from under the bread coating on the chicken... my son orders pepperoni chicken, cuts into it, middle was cold as ice and cheese was not even melted. We all get disgusted, we call the waitress, she does not seem concerned, my son is very upset , walks away to find the manager, talks to someone, waitress takes our food away... and NEVER explained what happened , NEVER apologized, we NEVER saw a manager and NO manager apologized or explained anything to us!! Waitress offered a free meal, we had lost our appetite by then!!! VERY bad!! they acted like they could care less, they were busy that night , so i guess our business meant nothing to them!! AVOID THIS PLACE!

Highly recommend. Excellent service, good food and all you can eat Crab legs, now on monday nights.
