I shared space in a storage unit with my care provider. I would give $ to care provider every month. Kathy (mgr) knew exactly who I was. However bc unit was in my care providers name, Kathy was quite loud & rude w/me when I called to inquire about the unit being empty. I found that my provider was pocketing the unit fees & everything was auctioned or trashed. Kathy (mgr) refused to speak w/me over phone or in person saying "we have no more business to discuss". My care provider took advantage of me & Kathy refuses to provide answers. I was begging & prepared to buy back my dead parents funeral books, pics all contained within cedar hope chest.

So heart broken.... All my possessions sold without any notice!Military customer!
