My experience at steinke resort was less than desirable. I felt as though it was overpriced. the cabins we stayed in were very old and run down. I was suprised really that they were still standing after a strong gust of wind. Not only are the cabins small and old but they were very dirty. We chose to pay something like an extra $50 a night to stay in a cabin with a bathroom, what a mistake we had no hot water to shower with and so we still had to shower in the disgusting bath houses, what a waste of money.The service we received was just horrific, not only was nothing done to make up for our inconvience but the owners were rude about the whole situation. When we complained of not having any hot water to the owners nothing was done to resolve our problem. Besides the fact that the cabins and grounds were not kept up the lake is very small and dirty. The fishing was terrible so all in all the weekend we spent here was a huge waste of time and money.
