I contracted Fridholm for work in my house. His operations manager visited the worksite, apparently to see why the job was taking so long to complete the job. She mentioned that the worker frequently took longer than expected because he did such good quality work, but the customer ultimately benefited from this. Imagine my surprise when I received a HUGE increase from the estimate in the actual invoice to cover these extra hours. Not exactly an ethical way to run a business. I will never use them again.
