I would save your money and not use TopGun. Even with a groupon coupon it wasn't worth it. There was a haze and wax on plastic parts of my truck that then leave white on the black plastic. The interior dash looks like the they sprayed the dash and just did two quick swipes leaving dust behind and my teenage kid could do a better job on the windows. The carpets were still wet when I picked it up, not cool. They could buy some fans to dry the carpets. I think they are trying to push to many vehicles through in a day. Most quality shops want your car for the day so they can do a quality job and get everything done right and DRIED! Don't go to this shop they don't know what they are doing or they just don't care. Not a business I would recommend to anyone, poor job for what you pay.

They did an awesome job on my car. I expected my car to be somewhat cleaned/detailed as I have two dogs with lots of fur as well as those occasional spills from my tea. Instead the car was exceptionally well cleaned. I was more than happy and satisfied with the detailing. I would definitely recommend the business to anyone looking to get their car detailed. My car hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the lot years back.

This place is not a reputable business. I dropped my car off 3 weeks ago for 3 hours for the ultimate detailing package as advertised on Groupon. My car was moderately dirty ( I have the pictures) and yet they could not get the job done in 3 hours. When I picked up my car, I noticed that the leather on my front passenger seat had been scrubbed off until a black mark showed through. The seat already had a textural defect in it and not a stain so it should not have been scrubbed like this. The owner JoJo contacted me and said that he would personally clean my car and dye back the leather as he had many years experience doing it. He told me he would call me back the next day to coordinate a day and time. He did call me back and left a message. I called back right away - no answer. I left 6 messages in the past 2 weeks - no call back. The estimate on the fixing my seat is $250. I will probably have to sue them to recover the damages. The worst customer service ever. Buyer beware!
