Don't sell your equipment here. You will not receive a fair value. I brought in a great piece of gear and got screwed. If I didn't have a family emergency and need the money immediately I would have looked for another avenue. You will absolutely get screwed. I wouldn't buy from here either. If you are looking for a good peice of equipment stick to Guitar Center. You are a fan of being ripped off and looking for a warehouse full of Japan's finest knock offs...this is your place.

Don't shop here. Spent over $500 on an expensive microphone and m-audio interface and fast track pro software but cannot record. The microphone amp did not have the power cable. As for the software, the ilock was not included with the software package, the software version was LE (should have been 7.4), and the loop CDs were not in the box. The sales rep told me to ask M-Audio about my problem since more than a month had passed after my purchase. If you want your gear to work, go somewhere else.

For the most part, service was fine, but the elder salesperson refused to front me fifty cents to pay for a fifty dollar amp. (I had 53.00, it was a 53.50 with tax.) Besides that, prices are fairly reasonable and the service was friendly but you be the judge. That's pretty penny-pinching and rude to me.
