      Brought in 3 AL dock posts to be welded. They welded the new dock posts with the wrong size stock. They were given proper samples and instructions to do the job and failed. When returning the defective product for resolution, they were so embarrased they could not resolve the situation. The only part they got right was the bead on the weld.
